Will the cleaned product work as well as it did before the damage occurred?

Yes!  The items will be retuned to pre-loss condition.  The process used has been field-tested and has been proven to work for over 30 years!

When does an electronic item need to be replaced?

All items are tested for operation and diagnosed.  If the repair costs exceed the replacement price, then the item may need to be replaced.

Will TEC repair my items?

Small repairs are made by our TEC technicians.  However, if the repair is more advanced, then that item is completed by a certified electronic repairman for an additional fee.

What if I need my computer or other electronics ASAP for business or personal use?

TEC understands that it is difficult to operate these days without your electronics.  That is why we offer a “rush” service, which allows for the necessary items to be cleaned first and returned to you faster.
